Profit Whales connecting to your MWS API to get reports with information about your products so you don't need to enter them manually.
Any changes that to your products in Seller Central will be reflected in the software during three hours. This includes your product information (organic sales, total sales, delated listings). Refunds syncs every 6 hours.
New products will be reflected in the software in three hours. If you need them to reflect faster please contact us via online chat support.
Advertising Metrics and Campaigns Data: syncs every hour
Any changes made to your campaigns in Seller Central will be reflected in the product within 1 hour. That's include any changes you made to campaigns, ad groups, keywords, bids. The same goes if you change to the name of the campaigns, or it's status (enabled/paused/archived).
Newly created advertising campaigns will be reflected in the software during 1 hour
